Questions We Hear Often
It comes down to the footprint you have available, how many people will use it, and the features that matter most to your routine — things like chiller capacity, temperature range, or wood type. Each product page includes dimensions and key specs to help you match the right piece to your space. If you have questions after browsing, our team is happy to help.
Our pergolas are designed to be assembled by the customer using the included hardware and instructions — no specialist tools or contractors required for most installations. That said, having an extra pair of hands on hand makes the process smoother, especially for larger structures. Each product page outlines what's included and any assembly considerations specific to that model.
The sets in this collection are built with all-weather use in mind, using materials like powder-coated steel frames, UV-resistant rattan weave, and weather-treated cushion covers designed to hold up across seasons. For longest-lasting results, storing cushions during extended periods of heavy rain or off-season months is always a good practice. Product pages detail the specific materials and care guidance for each set.
We offer free shipping on most orders within the continental U.S. (excludes AK/HI), and all purchases are covered by our 30-Day Returns policy. If something isn't the right fit for your space, please refer to our Return Policy for the full details on how to initiate a return.
About Our Best Sellers
The best sellers in outdoor living and home wellness tend to share a few things in common: they're built from materials that hold up over time, they fit naturally into real backyards and real routines, and they make a space feel more intentional without demanding constant upkeep. Whether you're drawn to the quiet ritual of a home sauna session, the refreshing contrast of a cold plunge, the open-air comfort of a well-designed pergola, or the ease of a durable patio set, these categories are united by a single idea — that your home environment deserves the same care and quality as anything else you invest in. When choosing from any of these categories, it's worth considering materials, scale, and how the piece will live in your space across seasons. The right choice is the one that fits your life as it actually is, not just how it looks on arrival.
